Are You Discouraged Today?

Some little seed of despair has grown to the size of a mountain. Some bad news or tragedy has stripped you of your ability to find hope. You don’t feel like praying or praising. You don’t feel much of anything.

Can you find strength to look to the sky and tell God you don’t see Him, you don’t feel Him? You see clouds, maybe birds, and trees. You see people who care. You believe God sees and knows. You believe He does love you. You believe in the visible beauty and visible symbols of the unseen glory of God. So you will look and wait for Him to show you His face today --or tomorrow-- or in His time.

He will most assuredly bring you the hope you need.
